What needs to change so that urban energy solutions move from demonstration into coordinated investment and purchasing?

Bringing together business, finance and international climate perspectives, this panel explores how cities, companies and national governments can create the conditions for energy innovation and investment to scale. Through CHAMP – the Coalition for High Ambition Multilevel Partnerships – the discussion connects national frameworks with urban implementation, project preparation and credible public and private demand. Concrete examples will highlight how to overcome barriers, strengthen competitiveness and translate climate ambitions into investable opportunities.
