GCA Side Event: From Climate Commitments to Investment: Multilevel Partnerships that Deliver

Accelerating climate action requires moving beyond commitments to strengthening the systems, partnerships and flows of finance between national and subnational governments that enable climate investment to be delivered at scale. 

This 60-minute event will explore how multilevel partnerships can turn climate commitments into investments that transform systems and change lives. It will showcase the CHAMP Toolkit on Financing Climate Action through Multilevel Governance as a practical resource for connecting enabling conditions, multilevel coordination and finance mobilisation and delivery, alongside examples from Brazil, Sweden, Kenya, Colombia and Morocco.
